Working Hours; Monday Friday 9:15am 6pm
Our client based on a busy Islington high street are looking for a Property Manager with a minimum of 4 years experience to work in their upmarket office managing a portfolio of around 130 Properties. They have a great reputation and are well respected within the area. Do you have extensive knowledge of inventories, check in/out, deposit returns and processes within property management? About the role:
Dealing with check out inventories and deposit returns
Dealing with contractors invoices to ensure payment
Providing a swift response to all maintenance queries and giving a high level of customer service
Assisting other members of staff in the PM department whenever required, with renewals or general PM administration.
Co-operating with the Lettings Team
Ensuring portfolio compliance will all legislation Gas Certs, EICRs etc.
Property inspections
Knowledge of Fixflo and/or Rentman software an advantage.
