Role Purpose
As a Sales Manager, you will report directly to the Regional Sales Director and play a pivotal role in driving the performance of our sales team. Your mission? Achieve and exceed sales targets for your village while fostering a culture of excellence and support.
Your Responsibilities
* Manage leads effectively, ensuring all inquiries—whether by phone, online, or walk-in—are followed up and scheduled in our CRM.
* Conduct regular 1:1 assessments with Sales Consultants to enhance their selling skills, feeding into personalized Coaching and Development plans.
* Collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager to strategize and advance the sales pipeline.
* Maximize brand value and revenue opportunities through innovative sales strategies.
* Identify and capitalize on areas of opportunity within the sales process.
* Handle objections creatively and follow up effectively.
* Organize engaging sales events that align with database opportunities.
* Continuously innovate and develop new service ideas.
* Demonstrate passion for the Audley brand and present it confidently to customers.
* Document all activities in the CRM for compliance and transparency.
* Foster a culture of exceptional service, ensuring commitments are met and expectations exceeded.
* Build strong relationships with other departments and stakeholders.
* Maintain communication with purchasers and solicitors to ensure timely transactions.
* Provide regular reports on inquiry volumes and timelines.
* Contribute to the wider team’s sales tactical plans.
* Uphold our organizational values and demonstrate professionalism in all interactions.
Key Skills & Requirements
* Proven experience in sales management within a consultative, high-value environment.
* A track record of achieving personal and team sales targets.
* Experience in coaching and developing teams to deliver outstanding results.
* Resilience, self-motivation, and strong negotiation skills are essential.
* Ability to adapt communication styles to effectively influence diverse audiences.
* Empathy and a proven ability to build long-term customer relationships.

* A full clean driving license with business travel insurance.
