Overview
The Multinational Services Logistics Coordinator is a 12-month fixed-term role based in Softcat's Manchester, United Kingdom. You will direct the seamless execution of international service projects for multinational clients, managing diverse logistics activities and helping to optimise Softcat's international service portfolio and customer experience.
Responsibilities
* Plan and manage day-to-day and long-term international logistics, including lifecycle management, data centre projects, warehousing and operations.
* Collaborate with account management, customers and partners to deliver complex international service projects with clear communication on status and expectations.
* Oversee warehousing, inventory and shipments, ensuring compliance with customs and regulatory requirements.
* Maintain accurate documentation and records across all shipments, logistics processes and partner activities.
* Monitor and improve performance of logistics/warehousing partners, driving efficiency and best practice.
* Build strong relationships with internal teams and multinational stakeholders to enhance services and support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
* Relevant experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, International Business, Account Management, or similar fields.
* Strong interest in international logistics and Softcat Multinational's growth, with eagerness to learn export/import processes and compliance.
* Skilled in warehouse management systems, inventory control, and logistics software for tracking and documentation.
* Excellent organisational and time-management abilities, able to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Adaptable team player with strong communication skills for interacting with clients, partners, and internal teams.
* Analytical and detail-oriented, capable of handling complex logistics requirements and resolving issues efficiently.
