As the Revenues and Debt Service Manager, you will take the lead in administering, collecting, and enforcing key income streams, including Council Tax and National Non-Domestic Rates (NNDR). You'll be responsible for the direct management of the in-house Council Tax team and will oversee the outsourced NNDR service, ensuring that operations are efficient, compliant, and truly centred around the customer experience.
