Hours: Full-time | 39 hours per week over 4 days Mon - Thurs

About the Role
We're recruiting for Production Operatives on behalf of a leading global manufacturer based near Coalisland. This is an excellent opportunity to join a progressive business that offers stability, training, and long-term career development within a modern production environment.
You'll work as part of the assembly team using both manual and power tools to build high-quality products. The role requires good attention to detail, adherence to safety standards, and the ability to follow technical engineering drawings.
Key Responsibilities
7. Assemble hydraulic and mechanical components on a busy production line
8. Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
9. Read and interpret engineering drawings and work instructions
10. Meet daily and weekly production targets while maintaining high standards of quality
11. Safely move and handle production parts within the work area
12. Follow all health, safety, and quality procedures
About You
13. Previous experience in mechanical or hydraulic fitting (any industry)
14. Ability to read and understand technical or engineering drawings
15. Experience working to strict health and safety standards
16. Strong teamwork and communication skills
17. Reliable, motivated, and quality-driven
