We’re supporting a well-established Sheffield business that partners with some of the UK’s most recognisable consumer brands, from everyday household essentials to trending beauty, wellness, and personal care products. They play a major role in helping brands scale across online marketplaces and social commerce, and they’re now looking to strengthen their digital team.
We’re looking for a Social Media Strategist who can elevate their TikTok presence, someone who understands how to blend content, culture, and commerce to grow audiences and drive measurable results.
What you’ll be doing
* Owning day-to-day social planning and content delivery across key platforms
* Developing creative strategies that grow audiences and boost conversions
* Creating, publishing, and optimising high-impact short-form video content
* Managing TikTok Shop and social commerce initiatives end-to-end
* Analysing performance data and using insights to improve results
* Managing influencer and affiliate relationships to expand reach and sales
* Staying ahead of trends, sounds, creators, and cultural moments
* Ensuring all content reflects the brand voice and delivers business value
* Supporting paid social activity and helping drive strong ROI
What we’re looking for
* Proven experience creating engaging short-form content
* Essential: hands-on TikTok Shop experience (posting, optimising, driving sales)
* Comfortable running campaigns from concept to execution
* Skilled with editing tools such as CapCut, InShot, or similar
* Strong understanding of social media culture, trends, and consumer behaviour
* Analytical approach with the ability to adapt based on data
* Creative, ambitious, and proactive with a genuine passion for social media
* 2+ years in a social media, creator, content, or digital marketing role
