WHAT YOULL BE UP TO
MANAGEMENT & LEADERSHIP
Manage promotional stand operations throughout the campaign meeting brand guidelines
Lead and develop a team of up to 10 people, ensuring effective campaign execution.
Collaborate with Blue Square Talent and HR teams for staff rota, breaks, ensuring the well-being of your teams are maintained
CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE
Through leading by example, you will encourage shoppers to visit the stand and participate in experiential zones.
Create excitement and buzz to increase footfall and drive interest in products.
Deliver outstanding customer interactions, influence, and increase sales.
Through your approach you will influence your team to maintain a high standard of customer engagement
