About the Role:
We are seeking reliable and skilled Machine Operatives to join our clients expanding team. You will be responsible for operating machinery safely and efficiently, ensuring high-quality output and maintaining production targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor production machinery in line with company standards.
Carry out routine checks and basic maintenance on equipment.
Ensure products meet quality specifications.
Follow health and safety procedures at all times.
Report any faults or issues promptly to supervisors.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Machine Operative or in a manufacturing environment preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and meet deadlines.
Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Flexibility for shift work and overtime when required.
