TPF Recruitment is excited to be representing a well-established and friendly independent firm of Chartered Accountants, based near East Grinstead, in their search for a talented Tax Manager, Senior Tax Manager, or Tax Director. Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee and manage the firm’s tax department, focusing primarily on personal tax.
* Provide expert advice to clients on a wide range of tax matters, ensuring compliance and identifying tax planning opportunities.
* Build and nurture relationships with existing clients while assisting in growing the client base.
* Lead and mentor the tax team, ensuring ongoing development and high performance.
* Drive process improvements and efficiency within the department.
* Play a key role in shaping the future direction of the firm’s tax services, with a clear route for progression to partner level.
Requirements
About You:
We’re looking for a driven and skilled tax adviser with:
* A CTA qualification (preferred), or ACA/ACCA with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in tax advisory roles.
* Strong experience in personal tax, with a track record of delivering high-quality tax advice and client service.
* Previous experience in a tax management role (Tax Manager, Senior Tax Manager, or Tax Director level).
* A proactive, hands-on approach with excellent leadership skills.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
* Strong technical knowledge of tax regulations and compliance requirements.
* A commitment to continuing professional development and a desire to contribute to the firm’s growth and success.
