Qualifications and Requirements:
* Minimum ILM Level 5 coaching qualification or equivalent.
* Demonstrable experience coaching individuals from diverse backgrounds.
* Trusted advisor skilled at coaching, influencing, and challenging leaders and managers at all levels on behavioral change that delivers continuous improvement and increased value.
* Passionate about changing people's lives through coaching.
* Desire to benefit from being self-employed while being part of a larger organization.
Desired Skills and Experience:
* Minimum 1+ years' coaching experience.
* Entrepreneurial mindset with a genuine desire to develop your business and client base.
