Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrator, located in our Bellshill office. You will provide administrative support in a fast paced environment to assist in the smooth running of daily operations.
You will be involved with the coordination and implementation of office procedures, specific contracts, projects and tasks.
* Planning efficient routes for our engineers via Saltire's automated planning and scheduling system
* Liaising with customers and clients to make changes to appointments and deal with any email queries
* Dealing with telephone calls from customers and clients
* Monitoring and reporting on programme progress to client to ensure compliance with client KPI's and compliance for gas / electrical legislation
* Sending reports to clients (daily / weekly)
* Assisting with any other ad hoc duties
Schedule
* Monday to Friday 08:00-16:30
* 37.5 hours
* Based on-site
Qualifications
* Administrative skills, including managing records and documentation, and scheduling appointments
* Customer service skills and experience in handling customer inquiries and support
* Organisational skills, including coordinating services and supporting daily operations
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Experience in property services or facilities management is a plus
