Based at Head Office, Springfield Lyons Approach, you will be involved in a variety of tasks including scheduling appointments, obtaining new business, building relationships with vendors and buyers, and much more. You will be employed on a government backed Apprenticeship Scheme and will receive ongoing work-based training whilst working towards a qualification in Level 2 Junior Estate Agency. Within the business we have fantastic career progression opportunities for future development upon completion of your apprenticeship. Requirements: Enthusiastic and driven Excellent communication skills IT proficient, you will be familiar with MS Office packages and able to learn quickly Previous experience in a customer facing role would be desirable A full UK driving license and use of a car would be beneficial as you may be required to work in other locations of our business. Salary & Benefits You will be paid in line with relevant apprenticeship rate, with brilliant progression opportunities upon completion of your apprenticeship.
