Apprentice Solicitor - Two-and-a-half-year fixed term training contract
Our Lexcel-accredited Legal Services Team offers an excellent opportunity for an Apprentice Solicitor. The role involves working with both internal and external clients alongside experienced team members, covering contentious and non-contentious work. Practice areas include regulatory enforcement, planning, commercial contracts, property, information governance, and local government law. You will manage a variety of tasks in a sometimes high-pressure environment, overseeing your caseload with supervision from the Legal Services Team Leaders.
To be considered, you must hold a law degree or a 2:1 honours degree in a non-law subject, and have a minimum pass in a PGDL/GDL. The successful candidate will complete the Level 7 Graduate Entry Solicitor Apprenticeship (day release study) with BPP (https://www.bpp.com/courses/law/apprenticeships/graduate-solicitor-day-release).

1. 36.25 hours per week (including 1 day of training) with an annual starting salary of £31,036 (pay award pending)
