We are now looking for a Front Office Administrator to join our UK Sales Team based at our Head Office in Mold. This role is ideal for a motivated and organised individual who enjoys a mix of customer interaction, sales administration, and operational coordination.

Key Responsibilities
As a Front Office Administrator, you will:
* Work onsite at the Wittur UK Head Office in Mold, supporting the UK Sales Team with quoting, placing, and managing internal orders.
* Collaborate daily with the external sales force, ensuring accurate monitoring and follow‑up of sales activities.
* Become fully proficient in Wittur’s CRM, ERP, and in‑house configurator platforms, ensuring precise and timely processing of enquiries.
* Prepare detailed and competitive quotes across all Wittur product lines.
* Manage customer purchase orders from receipt through to delivery into the UK, maintaining full visibility and tracking.
* Support the development of existing and new customer accounts together with Area Sales Managers and the Technical Sales Team.
* Provide prompt responses to commercial and technical queries related to Wittur offers.
* Identify cross‑selling opportunities and contribute to customer loyalty and satisfaction.
* Maintain structured and accurate reporting on KPIs including offers, net sales, forecasts, aged debt, customer visits, and market insights.
* Assist with spare parts sales, including product promotion and part identification with customers.
* Ensure adherence to company procedures and contribute to commercial best practices aimed at continuous improvement.
* Support sustainability efforts, including reducing paper usage in line with ISO 14001:2015 expectations.
* Maintain system folder structures, order allocations, and day‑to‑day coordination with Application Engineers and Sales.
* Hold responsibility for signing purchase orders within authorised limits, alongside required countersignatures.
* Contribute to marketing and product promotion activities.
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
* A native or fluent English speaker with strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Experienced in sales administration, preferably in a similar, customer‑facing commercial support role.
* Competent in managing customer accounts, CRM usage, and administration workflows.
* Skilled in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new digital platforms.
* Reliable, punctual, and well‑organised, able to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
* A collaborative team player able to communicate effectively at all levels.
* Ideally familiar with the lift industry or broader construction/engineering sectors (preferred but not essential).
* Based within a commutable distance to Mold, with the ability to drive strongly preferred.
