Overview
Prospectus is recruiting for a Finance Business Partner (Grants) to support an impactful philanthropic initiative tackling the nature and climate crisis.
Responsibilities
* Strengthen collaboration between Finance and Grants teams, ensuring effective financial management of the grants portfolio.
* Build strong relationships with Grants stakeholders and develop a solid understanding of the granting process.
* Provide clear, timely financial information to support informed decision‑making.
* Act as a link between Finance and Grants, translating financial data and insights for Grants teams.
* Ensure financial considerations are appropriately reflected in granting decisions.
Qualifications
* Experienced finance professional with strong background in business partnering, financial modelling and forecasting, management reporting and data analysis.
* Experience in grant finance management.
* Exceptional communication skills, able to engage stakeholders at all levels.
Employment Details
Permanent, full‑time. Hybrid working policy – remote and from the London office once per week.
