Overview
This privately owned medical device company focuses on best-in-class ENT, anaesthetics, operating theatre and critical care products. Following the launch of new products, we have an ambitious pipeline and need a sales specialist to develop business across the Midlands region.
Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain relationships with consultant-level surgeons and anaesthetists across Birmingham, Nottingham, Sheffield, Derby and surrounding hospitals.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities; present product portfolio and demonstrate value to key hospital accounts.
* Achieve quarterly sales targets and contribute to company growth.
* Keep up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity and product developments.
Qualifications
* Clinical background preferred; experience in ENT or Head & Neck surgery is a plus.
* Strong sales and negotiation skills; proven track record in medical device sales is highly desirable.
* Excellent communication, relationship‑building and presentation skills.
* Ability to travel within the Midlands region; valid driver’s licence required.
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; pharmacy background not required.
