What You'll Be Doing:
1. Managing incoming correspondence and routing it securely and efficiently.
2. Scanning and indexing documents into our Electronic Document Management (EDM) system.
3. Supporting staff and customers by responding to emails and escalating complex queries.
4. Coordinating purchases and payments for goods and services.
5. Handling sensitive documents securely and ensuring their safe return.
6. Providing general administrative support across WRBS services.

Essential Skills & Experience:
7. Educated to NQF Level 1 or equivalent.
8. Competent in using computer systems.
9. Strong administrative and document handling skills.
10. Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
11. Ability to manage conflicting demands and meet deadlines.
12. A methodical and flexible team player.
13. Experience in providing first-line support to staff and customers.
