* Monitor client accounts and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
* Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services to existing clients.
* Prepare reports on customer feedback and service performance for management review.

A successful Senior Customer Relationship Specialist should have:
* Experience in customer service, particularly in the transport, logistics & distribution industry.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
