Overview
The Dealer Network Manager will be based at the Company’s corporate HQ at Donington Park, playing a key role in strengthening and expanding Radical Motorsport’s global dealer network, driving performance and growth through strategic partnerships. This includes supporting existing dealers with tailored business plans, performance reviews and marketing initiatives, while identifying and onboarding new partners in emerging markets. Working closely with the Marketing and Motorsport teams, the role will ensure alignment across brand, sales and racing activities to maximise visibility, lead generation and customer engagement. The ideal candidate will be a commercially driven motorsport enthusiast with strong relationship-building skills, technical vehicle understanding and a proven ability to deliver business growth across international markets. Significant UK and overseas travel will be required.
Responsibilities
* Support the retention and growth of existing dealer partners: Conduct regular business reviews to assess performance against KPIs such as new car sales, aftersales, training and customer satisfaction targets.
* Work with each dealer to create tailored business and marketing plans, ensuring local opportunities are leveraged to maximise visibility, lead generation, and customer conversion.
* Expanding the Radical dealer network: Research global trends to identify and evaluate emerging markets; identifying and engaging with potential new dealers in unrepresented geographic areas; lead the recruitment and onboarding of new dealer partners - managing their appointment, training support, technical resources and business growth.
* Reporting dealer performance and market opportunities to the Head of Motorsport & Business Development.
* Ensuring all sales funnel activity is accurately reflected in the company CRM system and supporting the Marketing team with customer data acquisition.
* Work with Marketing to align dealer campaigns with Radical’s global brand.
* Work with the Motorsport Manager and ROW cups to grow race entries.
* Flexibility on working hours – including significant UK and International travel, including weekends.
Candidate Profile / Qualifications
* Enthusiasm with a keen personal interest in Motorsport is essential
* Degree level education desirable; strong verbal/written communication and numerical skills
* Technical appreciation of vehicles with motorsport experience
* Sound commercial acumen and excellent presentation skills; professional appearance
* Experience in setting up franchises and selling via a franchise dealer network
* Passport, UK right to work, Driving License and access to own vehicle
* Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and presentation skills
