Delivery Manager
Location: North Bristol – Hybrid (two days per week in office)
Salary: Up to £60,000 per year

Responsibilities
* Lead project delivery during the build phase
* Drive Agile development processes
* Manage stakeholder communication, reporting and forecasting
* Act as the primary point of contact for service delivery
* Liaise between technical teams and project managers
* Lead cross‑functional teams to meet objectives
* Gather requirements and deliver user stories and backlogs
* Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including fortnightly sprints
* Identify priorities, remove blockers and keep delivery on track
Experience
* Agile methodology experience
* Experience working within a Scrum team
* Technical project delivery – SDLC knowledge, Azure DevOps and Jira familiarity a plus
* Excellent communication skills
* CMS experience – .Net CMS, Umbraco preferred (any CMS desirable)
* Knowledge of web sites, digital products and CRM systems
* Digital agency experience and external stakeholder working a plus
Qualifications & Personal Attributes
* Experience of web development and CMS/CRM systems is desirable
* Agile/Scrum certification desirable
* Project Management certification desirable
* Attention to detail and a problem‑solving approach
* Self‑motivated and innovative mindset
* Excellent communication skills
