Purchase Ledger Administrator
to join our dynamic Finance team in our Haverhill site.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in maintaining the accuracy and efficiency of our financial operations as we scale globally. If you're proactive, organised, and passionate about precision, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

* Process daily purchase requisitions and purchase orders with accuracy and efficiency.
* Verify, log, and track invoice approvals within internal finance systems.
* Support procurement activities and ensure seamless order processing.
* Maintain up-to-date supplier accounts and reconcile vendor statements.
* Prepare regular payment runs (including BACS) in line with agreed terms.
* Manage goods-in entries and delivery receipting within the ERP system.
* Monitor aged creditor balances and assist with month-end and year-end reporting.
* Collaborate across departments to ensure accurate and timely financial data sharing.
* Provide general administrative support to Finance and Operations teams.

What You'll Bring

* Proven experience in a finance or purchase ledger role.
* Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, Outlook).
* Excellent communication skills — written and verbal.
* Ability to prioritise and meet tight deadlines under pressure.
* A positive, team-focused attitude and a proactive mindset.
* Previous administrative experience and ERP knowledge are highly desirable.
