Our client, a prominent entity in the Defence & Security sector, is currently seeking a Project Professional to join their team on a contract basis in Glascoed. This role is situated within the Defence discipline and offers a junior project management position designed to support professional growth into a full-fledged Project Manager. Key Responsibilities:
Assisting project managers with risk portfolio management and project plans. Organising transport and logistics for various projects. Managing smaller projects, typically with a budget under £1 million. Communicating effectively with stakeholders and team members. Contributing to the development of project processes and standards. Job Requirements:
Experience with defence Project Professional tools and methodologies. Beneficial to have experience with Microsoft Project. Good communication skills with a confident demeanour. A desire and willingness to learn and grow in the role. Background in defence or military sectors is advantageous. Experience in project management or related fields, including dealing with various stakeholders. Work Schedule:
Three days on-site, one day remote Working week is 4.5 days, with an early finish on Fridays from home Key Attributes:
