As a key, multiskilled player in our team, you'll also manage essential administrative tasks and provide exceptional support in the onboarding process

As our Onboarding Administrator you'll be the driving force behind the smooth integration of new joiners into the firm. You'll ensure every new joiner feels welcomed, informed, and supported from the outset.
You'll work closely with colleagues across all departments to make sure every new joiner is fully set up for success from day one, ensuring a seamless and collaborative onboarding experience

Main Duties:
· Daily management and ownership of the recruitment mailbox responding to enquiries and requests
· Following up on checks including missing information and chasing outstanding activity to ensure the best possible onboarding experience
· Help guide and support hiring managers to ensure compliance with fair recruitment practices and safer recruitment procedures.
· Management of sponsorship licence administration
· Send out reference requests and check that received references are satisfactory, escalating when required.
· Lead the administration of pre-employment checks such as:
o Right to work
o Fitness to work
o DBS
o Relevant qualification checks
· Ensure that all new starter information is accurately inputted into the HRMS Cascade
· Co-ordinate with the learning and development function of the People Team to ensure
new starters are booked on essential new starter training courses.
· Support with updating and development of recruitment documentation, systems and processes
· Check and process notification of offers and prepare and send recruitment/appointment documentation offer letters.
