You will play a key role in ensuring HR processes are compliant, accurate and delivered to a high standard, while supporting managers with practical, people-focused advice.
Key Tasks:
No two days are the same but you will be involved in:
1. Providing first-line HR advice across a wide range of people matters, including absence, disciplinaries, grievances, and performance issues
2. Supporting and managing employee relations cases with guidance from senior HR where required
3. Coordinating recruitment campaigns, assessment days and maintaining accurate recruitment records
4. Ensuring new starter, leaver and contractual changes are processed accurately and on time
