As Product UX Designeryour continuous collaboration with the product and engineering teamwill play a pivotal role in shaping the success of our current andfuture products. From customer discovery concept ideation todelivery you are deeply orientated around our customers and thevalue our products bring to them.

Objectives &Responsibilities:
Vaarst is anexciting and dynamic environment meaning these are likely to changeas we grow upon joining your objectives and responsibilities willinclude:
* Collaborate withcrossfunctional teams including product managers engineers andstakeholders to understand project goals and define designrequirements.
* Lead brainstorming and ideationsessions to generate new and innovative design concepts.
* Create lowfidelity wireframes and prototypesto visualize and communicate design ideas effectively.
* Constantly test and validate ideas with realusers and customers
* Own and lead the VaarstDesign System.
* Disseminating good frontenddesign practices throughout the organization.
* Support and conduct user research andusability testing to inform design decisions and iterate onprototypes.
* Develop highfidelity visualdesigns in Figma that align with the overall product vision andbrand guidelines.
* Work closely withdevelopment teams to ensure seamless integration of design conceptsinto the final product.

* Proven experience as a UX/UI Designerwith a strong portfolio showcasing concepttoprototype projects.

* Ability to manage multiple projectsand deadlines effectively.
