Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Solicitor role based in Redcar/Middlesbrough. The Solicitor will represent clients in a variety of legal matters, including providing advice, drafting legal documents, and advocating in court proceedings.
Qualifications
* Strong experience in Family Law, particularly care proceedings.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
* Ability to manage a diverse caseload effectively and meet deadlines
* Qualified Solicitor or CiLEX Lawyer
* Experience working in collaboration with Local Authorities, businesses, and charities is a plus
* Children panel accreditation or seeking accreditation desirable but not essential.
