Experience
* Proven experience in shutdown management and team leadership
* Advanced knowledge of mechanical systems, equipment, and maintenance techniques
* Comprehensive understanding of HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) regulations
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Ability to work flexible shifts and in a high-pressure environment
Preferred Qualifications:
* NVQ level 3 in Mechanical Fitting
* Previous experience in Teesside industrial sites
* Certifications in advanced mechanical maintenance or shutdown management
* Familiarity with advanced diagnostic and predictive maintenance technologies
Technical Skills:
* Proficient in mechanical system diagnostics
* Understanding of predictive and preventative maintenance strategies
* Experience with complex industrial equipment maintenance
* Competent in using maintenance management software and documentation systems
