Position Overview
The role involves supporting the Buying Team in operations to establish the optimal cross-channel assortment for related brands and regions, while maximizing financial plans and aligning with category and brand objectives.
Individual Accountabilities
1. Assort, price, and forecast product lines.
2. Maintain product lines within the IT system.
3. Order and track sample orders.
4. Monitor business performance weekly (Sales Index, Sales Orders, Gross Margin, etc.).
5. Benchmark decisions against competitors and market landscape.
6. Support team reporting activities.
7. Set up showrooms and present assortments at line openings.
Shared Accountabilities
1. Define seasonal assortment needs in advance and coordinate with Global Merchandising teams.
2. Contribute to brand elevation from both qualitative and quantitative perspectives.
Experience, Skills & Knowledge
* Proficiency in Office package (Excel, Lookups, Pivot Tables, etc.).
* International experience (work or study).
* At least 1 year of work experience or internship, or recent graduation from a relevant program.
* Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
