The Role
Our client, a specialist finance provider, is seeking a Credit Controller & Finance Administrator to join their team. This role involves managing overdue accounts, liaising with customers to arrange payments, supporting pre-litigation activities, and maintaining accurate financial records. When credit control tasks are up to date, you'll assist with reporting, data entry, and administrative duties for the wider finance team.
About You
We are interested in candidates who have:
* Experience in credit control, collections, or debt recovery
* Strong communication skills: confident, professional, and firm
* Good knowledge of finance systems (Sage desirable)
* Strong organizational and reconciliation skills
* Pre-litigation/legal experience (advantageous, with salary uplift)
