The Opportunity:
* You’ll work alongside the Associate Director as the sole Civil Engineer, with the potential to lead and grow the civil team organically.
* Be involved in high-value projects (£2M - £70M) across residential, commercial, healthcare, and education sectors in the Southeast.
* Play a key role in the full project lifecycle, from initial concept to completion.
Your Role:
* Lead the civil engineering function, developing drainage solutions using Civils 3D & InfoDrainage.
* Collaborate with public and private sector clients to deliver high-quality designs.
* Work closely with the structures team to ensure seamless project integration.
What You’ll Need:
* 7+ years of UK experience in civil drainage design.
* Strong expertise in Civils 3D & InfoDrainage.
* A desire to take ownership and drive team growth.
* Hybrid working (3 days in-office, 2 from home).
