The role involves performing deburring operations by setting up and operating specialized machinery to grind, smooth, and polish aerospace components, ensuring all finished parts conform to engineering drawings and specified quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Perform deburring and hand-finishing operations using established procedures, machinery, and tooling. Training will be provided in all related areas, including fettling, polishing, and part marking. Conduct visual inspections to ensure all parts meet order and specification requirements. Maintain a high standard of quality control to minimize inspection rejections and ensure product conformity. Support team members by assisting with additional tasks as needed to ensure smooth and efficient company operations. Work in compliance with the company’s quality management systems and established processes. Follow all company health and safety policies and complete required training as necessary.
