Company:
We are a global leader in professional cooking technology, delivering innovative solutions to commercial kitchens across the world. Our cutting-edge combi ovens and connected cooking systems are transforming the way chefs cook and businesses operate. Installed in top-tier kitchens and supported by a passionate team, we’re known for performance, reliability, and culinary excellence.
Role:
As a Marketing Chef, you'll be responsible for developing and growing business across your territory, working closely with dealers, wholesalers, and end users. The role combines sales with culinary demonstration—so you’ll be just as comfortable closing a deal as you are leading a live cook-through of our equipment.
Key responsibilities include:
* Hitting regional sales targets through planned activity and strong partner relationships
* Delivering live cooking demos and events (e.g. Individual Cooking Experience, Demo to Dealers, Training to End Users)
* Providing training to customers and partners on equipment use, post-sale support, and product functionality
* Conducting site visits and surveys, and supporting installations when required
* Driving brand visibility and customer engagement across the region
* Managing and updating the CRM system to track activity and follow-ups
* Representing the brand at trade shows and industry events
About the Person:
We’re looking for someone with genuine culinary credibility and a commercial mindset. This could be:
* A former head or exec chef who’s already transitioned into sales
* A current high-level or demonstration chef who’s ready for a new challenge
* A proven sales professional with experience in light or heavy catering equipment
You’ll need to be confident presenting, self-motivated, and capable of managing your own territory. A full UK driving licence is essential.
If you’re passionate about food, driven by results, and excited by the idea of helping kitchens thrive through innovative cooking solutions, we’d love to hear from you.
