The Role
As the Learning & Development Manager, you'll take full ownership of the learning strategy-designing, delivering, and refining impactful training programmes that empower employees and support business growth.
Learning Strategy & Programme Design
Identifying learning gaps through data, feedback, and needs analysis
Designing and delivering engaging training programmes across all levels
Leading the development and rollout of a scalable Learning Management System (LMS)
Creating blended learning content, including e-learning, workshops, and virtual sessions
Keeping content current with evolving L&D tools and trends
