Finance Analyst

Key Responsibilities
Forecasting & Financial Planning:
Support forecasting processes by analysing financial trends and delivering actionable insights.
Identify risks and opportunities within the forecast and align them with strategic planning objectives.
Business Partnering:
Collaborate closely with key stakeholders to deliver detailed financial analysis and guidance on business performance.
System Improvement & Development:
Aid in enhancing and developing financial systems and processes to improve forecasting efficiency.
Costing Analysis:
Conduct robust costing analysis, identifying drivers and variances to optimise financial decisions.
Budgeting & Reporting:
Contribute to the budgeting process and offer incisive commentary on financial performance aligned with business objectives.
Key Candidate Criteria

Qualifications:
Part-qualified or newly qualified professionals (studying/completed ACCA, CIMA, or ACA).
Analytical Skills:
Strong analytical abilities with a proven ability to derive insights from financial data and present findings effectively.
Tech Savvy:
Advanced proficiency in financial reporting tools and systems, alongside strong Excel skills.
Communication & Collaboration:
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate complex financial insights in a clear and concise manner.
Experience in Financial Processes:
Demonstrable knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, costing, and financial commentary practices.
Compensation & Benefits
