We’re looking for a proactive and detail-focused In-House Recruiter to join our collaborative, supportive, and highly valued HR team. This is a hands-on, operational delivery role supporting a broad range of functions including Pensions Actuarial, Investment Consulting, Digital Services, Finance, and more. What You’ll Be Doing You’ll manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle— from engaging with hiring managers to sourcing and onboarding high-calibre candidates. You’ll also help shape recruitment strategy, improve processes, and strengthen our employer brand. This role isn’t focused on direct sourcing or reducing agency spend, our client relies on a small number of trusted, often specialist, agency partners to help them find the right talent. Key responsibilities include: * Managing full-cycle recruitment across a variety of business areas * Drafting and issuing offer letters and onboarding documentation * Liaising with hiring managers, coordinating interviews, and supporting selection processes * Maintaining the ATS and internal spreadsheets with up-to-date, accurate data * Supporting Skilled Worker visa sponsorships and right-to-work checks * Contributing to strategic projects such as PSL reviews and salary benchmarking * Advising stakeholders on market insights, trends, and recruitment best practice * Acting as an employer brand ambassador via LinkedIn and other platforms What You’ll Bring * Proven in-house recruitment experience (professional services experience highly desirable) * Working knowledge of UKVI regulations and the sponsorship management system * Strong admin skills with exceptional attention to detail * Confident in drafting offer letters and onboarding documents * Proficient in recruitment technologies (ATS, reporting tools, Excel, etc.) * Knowledge of recruitment legislation including Right to Work and the Equality Act * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills * A proactive, commercial mindset with an eye for continuous improvement * An interest in employer branding and inclusive hiring practices
