Your new role
Identifying and implementing cost reductions strategies
End-to-end supplier management including sustainable sourcing, negotiations, SRM
Developing strong stakeholder relationships
Ensuring all compliance is adhered to, taking into account ESG objectives
What you'll need to succeed
Solid direct Procurement experience within Food or FMCG sector mandatory
People person, excellent communication with stakeholder / supplier management skills
Strong negotiation skills with proven track record of delivering high level cost savings
Ambitious, go-getter personality
