Management Accountant Opportunity in Property Sector

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage module setup, ensuring correct coding of all CAPEX
* Oversee transactional uploads
* Collaborate with external cost consultants to report actuals against budgets monthly
* Recognize cost accruals as part of month-end reporting
* Prepare CAPEX figures for monthly drawdowns and provide variance analysis to Treasury
* Handle tax and reporting obligations
* Monthly actualization of portfolio CAPEX and generate insightful reports
* Produce financial reports for land development projects and organize related receipts
* Support valuation processes for investment properties under development
* Assist in preparing monthly and management accounts
* Address ad hoc financial queries
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Qualified in ACCA, ACA, or CIMA
* Experience as a Management Accountant in the property sector
* Ambitious with initiative and drive
* Strong Excel skills; familiarity with Power BI is a plus
