Manage multiple tasks simultaneously and ensure accurate documentation of all customer interactions. Collaborate effectively with colleagues to meet service level targets and achieve customer satisfaction.About You Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (helpdesk or similar environment desirable). Confident IT skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with customer service software. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong problem‑solving ability.
