Randstad Education is looking for a compassionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join an inclusive school in Liverpool. This is a fantastic opportunity to support children with special educational needs (SEN) and truly make a lasting impact.

Your Role Will Include:
* Providing 1:1 or small group support, particularly for students with autism, ADHD, or learning difficulties.
* Support students with their classroom routines, behaviour management, and personal care when necessary.
* Using tailored communication to meet the individual needs of students.
* Develop positive relationships with pupils, teachers, and parents.
* Promoting positive social interactions and supporting students' emotional well-being.
What We're Looking For:
* Experience supporting children with SEN in school, residential, or care settings.
* A calm, patient, and empathetic approach.
* Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
* Enhanced Child DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one).
* Legal right to work in the UK (essential) and willing to work long term full-time.
* Ideally available for 5 days in a week (Monday - Friday).
