The Role We are seeking an experienced Fire Service Engineer to join our growing team in the South East, covering London and Kent. You will be responsible for the service, maintenance, and repair of fire alarm systems across a diverse portfolio of clients. Key Responsibilities: Carry out routine service, maintenance, and PPMs on fire alarm systems Diagnose and repair faults efficiently Respond to emergency call-outs (on a rota) Ensure all work complies with current standards and company procedures Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships Complete all necessary documentation and reporting Required Experience & Skills Proven experience servicing and maintaining fire alarm systems Competency with some of the following systems: Kentec, Morley, Advanced, Notifier, Gent, Edwards, Siemens Commissioning experience on at least one system: Kentec, Advanced, Siemens, Gent, Morley, Edwards Full UK driving licence Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent communication and customer-facing skills What We Offer £35,000–£50,000 salary, negotiable depending on experience Paid travel time Overtime available Company car (with personal use options) 25 days holiday bank holidays Continuous training and development Opportunities to progress within one of the UK’s most established independent Fire & Security providers If you are a skilled Fire Service Engineer looking to join a respected and growing organisation offering stability, development, and excellent earning potential, we’d love to hear from you.
