We are currently seeking an experienced Commercial Officer to join a high-profile MOD programme on a 12-month maternity cover contract. Lead and support post-contract commercial management across a major MOD programme Manage supplier relationships, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations Handle contract variations, change control, and commercial risk mitigation Provide commercial insight and guidance to project and programme stakeholders Support dispute resolution and contract close-out activities as needed Key Requirements
Proven experience in a Commercial Officer or similar role within defence or government programmes Strong background in post-contract management Prior experience working with the MOD or within defence environments Ideally experience with a private sector prime contractor Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills Active SC clearance is essential Familiarity with defence procurement processes and regulations Experience working in complex, multi-supplier programme environments This role offers the chance to play a key part in delivering vital defence capabilities while working within a collaborative and professional team.
