We are recruiting Support Workers to join our growing team, the day to day role of a Support Worker includes the following key responsibilities:
About the Role:
As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in helping clients live independently at home. Your responsibilities will include:
* Assisting with personal care (washing, dressing, medication)
* Meal preparation and home help
* Social support and companionship
* Safe moving and handling of clients
* Supporting clients with complex needs (Mental Health, Dementia, PEG, Stoma, and Catheter care)
