As a Senior Care Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring that service users receive safe, person-centered care by managing rotas, supporting care staff, and maintaining effective communication with families and professionals. About the role The Team Leader will be responsible for coordinating daily schedules, completing spot checks and supervisions, and assisting with assessments and care plan reviews. You will also act as a point of contact with service users, ensuring that any queries or concerns are managed professionally and promptly.
