An IT support company based in requires a Smart Technology Support Apprentice to join their talented team.
As an Apprentice, you’ll gain hands-on experience supporting and installing cutting-edge smart systems. You’ll learn how to set up, maintain, and troubleshoot connected technologies, from smart networks and devices to integrated automation systems while building strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
KEY DUTIES –
* Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of smart devices and systems, including IoT sensors, tablets, hubs, and networking equipment.
* Respond to support requests and help resolve technical issues, escalating complex cases to senior engineers when required.
* Support customers with software updates, connectivity, and system integrations (e.g., smart security, energy management, or home/office automation platforms).
* Help maintain accurate records of smart technology assets and documentation on-site.
* Learn from experienced engineers and complete relevant technical training and certification programmes.
