The Role
As a Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will:
* Support students across KS3 and KS4 in lessons
* Work 1:1 and with small groups to support learning and engagement
* Help students regulate behaviour and build confidence
* Support pupils with additional needs including ASD, ADHD, and SEMH
* Work closely with teaching and pastoral staff
* Build positive relationships and act as a consistent role model
You’ll gain valuable hands-on experience supporting young people in a secondary school environment.
