Responsibilities :
1. Manage projects by deploying a structured on-the-job training (supplier) tool for aircraft mechanic development.
2. Collaborate directly with program functional customers and technical teams, including internal and external IT support (supplier).
3. Learn from Program Managers, Instructional Developers, Coaches, Trainers, Trainees, Manufacturing Managers, and other Project Managers to ensure alignment.
4. Coordinate multiple programs simultaneously to ensure standardization while meeting individual program/division needs based on skills, work instruction detail, rate, and complexity.
5. Support multiple sites across the United States, including both Union and Non-Union work environments.
Qualifications :
* Bachelor's degree with typically 15 or more years of related work experience.
