The Role You’ll be working in a residential children’s home in the Swadlincote area, supporting children with a range of needs, including autism, complex conditions, and emotional challenges. This is a hands-on role where you’ll help create a safe, supportive, and fun environment for the children. From daily routines to activities that help them develop independence, you’ll be at the heart of making a positive difference. Shifts: * 3 days on, 3 days off (07:00–22:00) – £32,000–£34,000 per year * 5 mixed shifts per week (flexible hours) – from £24,000 per year Salary: £24,000–£34,100 per year (depending on shift pattern) Team: Work with 10–12 like-minded individuals in a well-supported environment Who Are We Looking For? We’re looking for compassionate, empathetic individuals who want to make a real impact. While relevant experience and qualifications are helpful, what matters most is your dedication and passion.
