Finance Officer / Accounts Assistant
Location: Leamington Spa
Salary: £30,000 + Excellent Benefits
We’re recruiting for a Finance Officer / Senior Accounts Assistant, to join a well-established organisation in Leamington Spa. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a close-knit operations team in a full-time, 100% office-based role.
Duties & Responsibilities
* Prepare and manage monthly management accounts and produce reports aligned to departmental budgets.
* Process payroll, pension contributions, and staff expenses accurately and in a timely manner.
* Manage income streams including invoicing for school fees and ensuring timely debt collection.
* Support the wider finance team with administrative duties, reporting, and financial planning.
What Experience is Required
* Experience working as an Accounts Assistant, Assistant Accountant or Finance Officer
* Payroll knowledge would be highly desirable
* AAT qualifications would be preferred
* Any knowledge of the Charity or Education sectors would be useful.
Salary & Benefits
Salary: £30,000 per annum

Location
Based in central Leamington Spa, this role is easily commutable from Warwick, Kenilworth, Coventry, Rugby, Stratford-upon-Avon, and Banbury.
