Vision for Education is seeking a passionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a friendly and supportive primary school in Dover. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is enthusiastic about supporting children’s learning and development, and who is committed to making a positive impact in the classroom.
As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with class teachers to provide high-quality support across the school. You may be working with small groups or on a 1:1 basis, supporting children to access the curriculum and achieve their full potential. The role would suit someone patient, caring, and adaptable, with a real passion for helping young learners thrive.

Requirements
To be considered for the Teaching Assistant role, you will:
1. Have previous experience working with children, ideally in a school or nursery setting.
2. Be enthusiastic, adaptable, and committed to supporting children’s learning.
3. Have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Be proactive in supporting teaching staff and pupils across the classroom.
5. Hold a valid DBS (or be willing to obtain one).
