The Successful CNC Miller - Setter, Operator - Package:

The Successful CNC Miller - Setter, Operator - Role:

Setting and operating CNC milling machines to produce precision components.
*
Reading and interpreting technical drawings to machine parts accurately.
*
Working to tight tolerances, ensuring quality standards are met.
*
Maintaining a clean and safe work area at all times.
*
Completing production documentation accurately.
*
Supporting continuous improvement and efficiency initiatives.
The Successful CNC Miller - Setter, Operator - Requirements:

Previous experience setting and operating CNC milling machines.
*
Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
*
Strong understanding of tooling, setup, and machining processes.
*
Good awareness of Health & Safety and quality control.
*
Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn.
